To be eligible for full membership in MCBA a firm shall have a primary member who is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan, who is a member in good standing in the State Bar of Michigan and who regularly engages in the practice of Creditor's Rights. All candidates for membership must be approved by the Board of Directors.
